I have below a link to Everything Equine. It is a smaller version of The Equine Affair that is in Mass every year. I can't wait to go on Saturday. Today just chillin looking up recycling places so we can make the farm more "Green Friendly". We have a busy summer ahead of us thats for sure. And I may be breeding Lacey next year!!! I'm thinking to either a Black Overo Tennessee Walker or to a Homozygous Blue Roan Tennessee Walker. Very exciting!!! Well I hope you all have a great weekend and I will talk to you all again on Sunday and let you know what I have learned.

Today I really worked hard. But I also had a great deal of animal messengers today as well. I repaired 12 acres of fence line this morning and a huge raven kept circling over me. I also saw several red squirrels and robins today. I worked with the horses some while I worked and that was a real challenge. Tomorrow I have the day off so I can get ready for Saturday and my daughter is going to her father's house for the first time in months. So this should be interesting. I got some really funny video of Lacey yawning and "scenting" the air. Its real funny stuff, BUT I forgot the camera at the barn so I will have to do it after I get back on Saturday from Everything Equine. I can't wait to go. I have had such a hectic week I really really need to get away for a while. I bought some new sneakers for the trip so I should be all comfy. My favorite part of Everything Equine is going to be the breed pavilion. I love seeing all the different horses! Well I will talk to you all again soon!!!
Wild Wind Oh I can't wait for Saturday! My friend Kathy and I are going to Everything Equine in Burlington. I have never been before, but looking at the schedule it looks like its going to be a lot of fun! I have been really busy on the farm this week. Mostly doing spring cleaning and repairing fence. I did get to ride yesterday and OH it was the best. Lacey, my horse is the most fun! She gets better and better each time I take her out! If the weather is nice and I don't have to go to Hanover with my brother I will be taking Lacey out on a solo trip. Which will be our first one in a couple of years, but I believe she is ready for it. I'll let you know how it went! I have been studing Ted Andrews a great deal the past couple of days and have learned a great deal. I have my staff ready to be decorated and can't wait to see how it comes out. Well I guess thats it for now. Talk to you tomorrow!
Wild Wind I have been a good girl and have kept a journal everyday of the animals that I have seen and have written down what they meant and how they are active in my life. I have also decided to become a shaman and am currently studying that. This is such a wonderful and fascinating field and I finally feel that I belong! I went horse back riding for the first time and used my powers on my horse in a scary situation and it worked out perfectly and she actually had the confidence to become the lead horse for a change. It was great. I just can't begin to tell you how much my powers with the animals has grown and they are growing everyday. I'm going to upload a video of two of the dogs I work with and a Video of one of the horses that is my star Clicker Trainee. I think you will find them very cute. and I have my Clicker Training Ring almost set up so you will see more of Jake in the future. And those of you who don't know Jake his full name is Sunnybrook Surefire and he is a registered Morgan Gelding owned by Kathy Frye of St. Johnsbury, Vt. The two dogs in the video are of Coco and Deegan. Coco is a Chocolate Lab and Deegan is a German Sheppard that I have also been clicker training this year. I hope you like the videos. |
