I have been having a hard time as of late. I have a blood disorder called (forgive the spelling) Thalasemia Beta. It is a blood anemia where your red blood cells are smaller than normal. So side effects from it are anemia, fatigue, spots in the eyes pressure in the head, chest pain/anxiety and those are constant. People with Thalasemia Beta have a real hard time taking iron supplements because the cells can not absorb the iron like normal people and it is harder to maintain. Blood transfusions are the one thing you should absolutely use as a last resort. Doing everything naturally is best. I will be putting together a page all about it for those who don't know about it or are finding out that they have it. Thanks for stopping by!
